Ingredients
2 cups or 222g cranberries
1/2 cup or 125ml cranberry juice
1/2 cup or 125ml orange juice
1/4 cup or 45g granulated sugar
1/4 cup or 45g raisins
1/2 cup or 60gr chopped dehydrated apricots
1/4 cup or 45g chopped dehydrated figs
1.5 tbsp orange zest
1 cinnamon stick
1/4 tsp ground clove
Preparation
1. Add all ingredients to a sauce pan. Cook, partially covered, over medium heat. Occasionally stir and smash a few cranberries. Reduce until it starts to become thick. Note, when it cools it will become really thick.
2. Pour into a serving container, let cook and then place covered in the refrigerator and serve cold
